I think Susan Boyle - and her family - needs to start looking after her a bit better.
If she is struggling so much with fame and having multiple breakdowns, perhaps she shouldn't be in that business.
The most recent issue to put her in the media is her brother's comments about his fears for her safety. He worries that because she's a "massive world star" (if she's a "massive world star", what does that make The Beatles??) a "crazed fan" will kill her, like John Lennon.
He puts the blame for her lack of security (in one incident a person got into her house, in another two people peered into her window) on her management. Her management? Seriously? Is she not capable of having a security system installed, or better locks on her doors? And if he's so concerned, can't HE do something about it? Why is her management company suddenly her babysitter?
Normal people put blinds on their windows so peeping toms can't look in and decent locks so intruders can't break in, I'm pretty sure she is capable of doing the same without her management company having to do it for her. I'm pretty sure most of the world's biggest stars probably organise their own private home security rather than their management companies.
As it turned out, the intruder was "aged around 16 and dressed in dark clothing, had been rummaging through belongings" and fled when Susan entered the house. Sounds more like a coincidental house robbery (or some sort of stupid teenage prank) than a crazy fan stalker.
